Key Responsibilities
Manage and support cash-based programs, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with operations for cash disbursement and reconciliation.
Conduct cash feasibility assessments and monitor program performance.
Ensure gender, child protection, and disability considerations in program design.
Document lessons learned and share knowledge to improve future programs.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Experience: 2+ years in cash transfer programs; experience with UN agencies or emergency contexts is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of a UN language is an asset.
